The Blitz health and wellness outreach inc. Aka. The Good Neighbor Health and Life Enhancers delegates its mission to creating a safe, healthy, and wellness space for all people anywhere and at any time. We implement our work with individuals, and stakeholders in the community via outreach programs, collaborating with community health workers and medical professional treaters. The Blitz health and wellness outreach teaches the effects of unsafe medication use and reeducates on the benefits of consistent correct medication use as per doctor’s guidelines. We render reinforcements on the benefits of medication compliance thereby improving medication knowledge, health literacy, and improving the quality of health status of all people anywhere at any time. We collaborate to help in the prevention of medication errors and reframing from harmful effects of substandard medications and the use of falsified medical products.

What do we do:

We at the Blitz health and wellness outreach; Aka the Good Neighbor and Life Enhancers focus on one-on-one meditation education, reinforcing safe meditation use, coordinating care with other providers, instructing on ways to identify substandard medications, and falsified healthcare medical products. We also in other ways show people how to obtain affordable medicines and or medical products.

We are a small organization with a target of $50,000 to meet our goal. We help all persons or groups of persons to stay safe at home, and in the community and prevent further repetitive medical relapses and or reoccurring hospitalizations. We instruct on cost-effective ways to modify lifestyles mostly mental health and welfare-related issues.
